2) how do I track my order?


When you pace an order you will receive two emails from us One will be your purchase receipt and the other will be sent to you as soon as your order is processed. Once we have shipped your order we will update the order status with a tacking number that you can use to track your order.
You can look up your order at any time by using the order number from the second eMail we send you To track your order either click at the link inside the email or go directly to our order tracking page located here

4) how long will It take to receive my order?


We strive to provide a great customer experience and get all orders processed within 24 hours. Shipping times can vary depending on item location but generally follow standard 5-7 business day shipping guidelines. Some of our items may be shipped from overseas and these items will have a note on the product page letting the customer know ahead of time. Items shipped from overseas can take up to 3 weeks to receive but generally arrive much sooner.
